30-day return warranty

We always take pride in our product quality and strict quality control. For your ultimate peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return warranty. Refunds will be made for defective items within 30 days of shipment, including but not limited to stains, faulty zippers, tears or tears, extremely poor quality materials, noticeable color differences, and differences between the product photographed and the actual product material differences in the product you received.

To ensure a fast and smooth warranty process:

Please let us know your order number, describe the problem with the product and provide us with pictures that show the problem.
Once our customer service inbox receives your complaint email, we will reply you within 24 hours.
Please do not return your product directly to the address on the package you received. Only provide the return address provided by our customer service! Any returns or exchanges are only valid upon acceptance by our Customer Service Center.
2. Return policy

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery (no processing fee). We have friendly customer service and we are always here for you. All you have to do is contact us and include an email describing the problem or reason for the return along with your order number.
The product you are sending back should be in the same condition as it was sent, it should not be worn or washed, and it should be labeled.
We are responsible or partially responsible for all of the following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper failures, tears or tears, poor quality materials, noticeable color differences, and major discrepancies between the product photographed and the product you received.
Any complaints and compensation for wrong size due to personal reasons will not be accepted.
We can allow returns once we have received all relevant information. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned.
3. Return and exchange

If the return is caused by the consuer, consuner should be responsiblefor the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the expresscompany you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are danaged or not correctand the consuer is not required to bear the shipping fee for thisreason.

Once we receive your returned item, we guarantee you will return it for your refund.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You may return the item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
